Your appointment starts with a consultation that allows your designer to understand what you’re looking for in a cut, color or extensions. She’ll invite you to stand up and face the mirror so she can design for the whole you and create an Image Profile to provide professional recommendations for your hair type. This visual contract ensures you’re both on the same page when it comes to your new look.
Once your hair is cut or colored, your hairstylist will walk you step-by-step through the styling process, from sharing professional techniques to recommending products, so you can easily replicate your look for a fresh-from-the-salon style each day.
